This prayer journal is meant to help women's personal growth and to build an intimate relationship with God. We all should take the time each day to strengthen your relationship with God.


This journal is for the silent victims of domestic abuse. The point of this prayer journal is to help women unlock thoughts and feelings they may be suppressing because of current or past traumatic life events. Use this journal to let go of anger; rip out a section, scream, stomp on it, cut it up, or do whatever brings on relief. If a scripture speaks to you, tear it out, and place it on your wall as a daily reminder.


This journal is a tool, it doesn't need to look pretty or whole because life is not always pretty and can sometimes leave us empty.
