"Time is the most valuable thing a man can spend." - Theophrastus. Time is of much greater value than money; and yet, it is the commodity that we waste the most because we spend it frivolously. When we spend money, we can always get more money. But when we spend time, once it is gone, it cannot be replaced. This is why it is so much more valuable than money. It is possible that we waste so much of it because we cannot see it. If we could see time, in reference to how we spend it, then maybe we could control its outflow by assigning it a purpose. Taking a few minutes to examine our 24 hours, and consider the demands that have been placed upon it, enables us to see if there are any areas where we ourselves have been wasteful; and we are encouraged to fix those areas. We are also encouraged to acknowledge and take accountability for the fact that how we handle our wealth directly impacts others. This is an interactive book that causes one to reflect first; and then, to begin the process of communicating openly and honestly with others about the most precious commodity that we all have - TIME. An honest consideration of what is presented in this book could have the potential of causing one to become more productive in their day to day lives. Once one has honestly appraised their own 24 hours spent, they can stop there, or continue on to consider the 24 hours of others, especially those who serve in a variety of leadership roles. Though we are all given 24 hours to manage, for some 24 hours has become an acrobatic challenge of juggling. 24 Hours, the book, introduces a key that opens the door to an unexpected life changing journey, but it is up to the reader to walk thru the door and begin the process of productivity.
