The Sojourners chronicles the romantic adventures of Marcus the Archer and April of Black Moor. The third scroll details the ongoing battle with the Breakers to prevent Marcus and April rising to the throne of the mighty Bast Empire. Events unfold that cast a prophecy on the young healer from Black Moor. Signs appear in the heavens that the Light Bearer has come to usher in the Age of Enlightenment. Those signs point to April, a sojourner from Earth, and a very real threat to undermine the forces who oppose the Light Bearer. Fragile alliances are made as April's influence grows, following victories against Marcus and her foes. Even from the homeland of Marcus, the Bast Empire, plots are laid against them.
