Lost Kid Weldon B Durham
Lost Kid
Weldon B Durham
Robbie Rippetoe disappears on a wintery night somewhere between her youth group meeting at the church and her country home near Nichols, Kansas. All efforts to locate the seventeen-year-old girl fail. Anguished months pass before her battered body washes up on the bank of the Arkansas River a hundred miles from Nichols. What happened? Police and private investigators pursue leads but get nowhere. Robbie's parents know much more than they'll tell anybody. Robbie's best friend, Tricia Trotter, has seen something she can't totally recall. Finally, Tricia begins to experience moments in which Robbie seems to speak to her. The messages Tricia receives must be communicated to the police and to Robbie's parents. Their impact is explosive and life-altering.
