I have tried to include all my energy and my efforts to make it a valuable document for the aspirant who are willing to become personality. The aim of this work is not only provide a reading material but How to make an individual life as an ideal one in all aspects. The book is divided in VII parts. Each Chapter enlightens the specific uniqueness of each individual realization. The key features of this book are STAR METHOD of Goal setting, SWOT analysis, means of success in individual's life, and a great source of identifying individual's talent. The most important part of this book is practical experience of the author. This book is a way of self realization along with individual talent knowledge and potential.
