The conflicts we struggle with everyday are (for the most part) what societies all around the world have mostly in common. This is a story about the experience of growing up in an area of conflict, contrasting with a totally different reality, one where the birth of new and revolutionary social rules were a source of turmoil; colored by the influence of different cultures, behaviors, and environments. The endless search for answers permanently presents the author with new questions. Questions which make him a stoic proponent of a better society where justice and equality are made available to everyone regardless of the color of their skin, their origin, or gender. In today's digital world where borders are more and more dissipated by the power of digital media in small hand held devices, the challenges of nations regardless of where they sit in the hierarchy of advanced civilizations become more apparent, there are no perfect hidden Edens on earth. There is only an uncomfortable commonality that makes us as the human race more alike regardless of our geographies.
