M. I. V.1 chronicles the life of a drug lord, his business, and his family. Frederick Patterson, or F. P., rules the streets and drug business of Cleveland. Together with his brother, Tony, and best friend, Angel, F. P. builds an empire that supplies large doses of Cocaine and Heroin to the entire district. Despite his infamous reputation, F. P. is a man of good qualities. He is in fact, on his way to leave the group and live a normal life. But a sudden turn of events leads him on a different path, directly to life behind bars.
