Romantic Suspense StoryLori's first love was live theater. She began writing comedy skits and plays in college for her drama classes and local theaters. A few years after graduation, Lori had formed a performing troupe called The Comedy Crew with her college friends. Bobby Brogan joins the crew and they find success with booking gigs at an upscale Chicago nightclub. The trouble begins when Bobby runs off stage in the middle of a comedy routine. They crew soon discovers that Bobby has also stolen all the cash in their apartment and cleaned out their bank account. Lori lands her dream job at a Western theme park in Arizona called Sagebrush Studios and brings her Comedy Crew out west. On her first evening at the park she finds Bobby Brogan working one of the attractions and learns of his connection to a murder victim in Las Vegas. A few days later, Bobby is kidnapped. Then, a dead body in the desert is identified as a Sagebrush employee. At the same time, Lori begins to suspect that one of the gift shops is using the shop as a front for illegal activities. Lori soon realizes that she is in danger. She reaches out for help from her ex-fiance David a Chicago police officer. In the midst of the danger, Lori adds shows and entertainment that boosted park attendance. She enlists the help of a group pf adorable children that sing silly songs that help their parents rekindle their love. The number of twists, turns, and surprises in this fast-paced story will keep you intrigued from beginning to end.
