Marcia Wendt spends her sabbatical in Denver during the holiday season. She encounters a Santa named Jack, who seems to grant her the wish of her heart - a partner to love. But she has nebulous fears from her childhood that cause her to question her budding love affair. Kris Kriegel, woodcrafter and owner of Kris Kringle's Toys, discovers Marcia to be the woman he never thought he'd find. But he has a secret that drives him into indecision and silence. Jillian Harrow, a co-worker of Marcia's, asserts that Jack and Kris are involved in a kidnapping ring, triggering Marcia's fears. Marcia needs to know the secret that Kris won't tell. Kris and Marcia must find a way to trust each other and find the truth amidst a surplus of Santas, both good and bad. Their efforts will lead them to the Kringle Conspiracy.
