The central thesis of RENOVATION: Evolving Beyond Violence is that a continuing human addiction to an ancient way of thinking is keeping us violent and crippling our evolution as a person species. Violence violates integrity. Integrity of one kind or another is the basis of all life, all meaning and all value. If we don't recover from our addiction then we doom our species to evolve back to the meaninglessness from which our ancestors emerged so long ago. Showing why this is so, and speculating on some possible ways of evolving better outcomes, is the subject of this study.
