I have never owned such a large, clean and usable sailboat. It is a Macgregor 26X. It's kind of a hybrid vessel which has about 1400 pounds of water-ballast and eight inches of draft with the swing center board and rudders up. On the transom hangs a 1999 50 hp motor which will cause the boat to plane and go 20 mph or more. People can actually water ski behind this boat. This motor makes it a speed boat and a sailboat.
