This volume continues where "From a Vantage Point" leaves off, and a failed attempt at terrorism in connection with a presidential Inauguration. The principal terrorists are arrested and transported to Camp Delta, the Detention Facility at the Guantanamo Naval Station, Cuba. There they experience the effects of incarceration, actually detention under international agreements, after arrival. SOme die, some do not. Come inside the Detention Facility to experience the processing of enemy combatants, and the effect on their leaders as multiple plots fail.
