They ran into ghosts everywhere, even in the wilderness, and most of them were angry. Is it a rule that ghosts have to be evil and scary? If so, this family's eventual "housemate" broke all the rules after terrifying them so much that they did research and found out who she was.. The ghost grew very protective over the family, and wasn't afraid to show it, even causing bloodshed to a house guest. And that was when she was friendly.
