We live at a crossroads in time where the voice of the people can be heard throughout the world. It is a critical time when political courage is essential in order for people to hold on to the freedoms they enjoy and for people throughout the world to be able to gain freedoms they have yet to achieve. The Covid-19 pandemic has tested the leaders of the world and the governments response. It has also tested the will of the people of the world. There is still civil unrest in the world. People all around the world have to wake up each day to inequalities and unjust governments with a hope that one day things will change. Even in the democracies of the world there is inequality that exists, a huge gap between the wealthy and the poor. People need to rise up with the courage to let their voice be heard to demand change. Political courage gives stories of courage along with incites into the areas we need to have the courage to change in the world. It also explores the events of 2020 that defined the political courage in the world.
