I am born, raised and live in Friesland, in the Netherlands. When the BLUES struck me in 1972, I was 21 years of age. Now I am 65. This paperback is about those more than 40 years in between. I cannot read a musical note, sing, nor play a piano or a guitar. But I wrote about it: In this book you will find 25 true, short, illustrated (many of them humorous!) stories about the Blues and Boogie Woogie, that devilish music. English is not my native tongue. I have done my utmost to avoid mistakes
