The idea Lucifer cunningly used Muhammad is an original idea that is backed with scriptures from both the Bible and the Qur'an. The reader follows the birth of Abraham's first son Ishmael to the time Satan appeared to Muhammad to the present day struggle in which the world is currently engaged where Muslims and Christians kill one another in the name of God.
