In the natural world when someone is ineffective, lacking, or unproductive, he/she is defined by the world as having a problem. However, when a believer is ineffective, lacking, or unproductive, there are 80% of believers that will define him/her as having a problem. On the other hand, there are 20% of believers who pray and wait for God to reveal what He is doing in that person's life, because the 20% group know that if you are God's son/daughter that you do not have a problem but a purpose in God. They know that God is an intentional God, and He only has purposes and not problems.
