It has been a summer like no other for 14-year old Greyson Walker. After losing his father in fire, Greyson and his mother move from Annapolis, MD to the small midwest community of Humboldt, IL. While adjusting to his new life, Greyson meets Amy Quinn and they quickly bond over a shared love of video games. However, when Grey's best friend, Jacob, inadvertently releases an ancient demon known as The Tormenter, the three of them must race to save the sleepy community - and the world - from a relentless terror.
