Vortex, a sinister time traveler, is desperately trying not to let Tyler, Time Traveler Sorcerer, beat him at making the best time machine contest. The Museum of the Time Treasures wants the most successful time traveler's machine showcased for the grand opening of the new museum. After the time warp in the early 80s drained all life existences of Time Mime's, there's been no hope for them not to find the ability to talk. The more they try to communicate with words, they would lose their track of time, and disappear until the end of their days. Tyler the Time Traveler wants to save their silent souls from becoming extinct. Before, the evil Time Traveler Sorcerer keeps them forbidden to speak at all. Or his ultimate crime would be to curse the Time Mime's until the end of their period.
