This book is about the trauma and the many emotions associated with a major cancer surgery and the toll it takes on the body, mind and soul. It takes you on my journey through a life altering surgery and the many complications from it. It was a very difficult and long recovery process. There were many ups and downs along the way. Suddenly, I was standing in the most massive of storms. The giant waves of emotions were crashing over me and knocking me down. I slowly crawled my way out, beginning to see the light. I was finally free from this nightmare that plagued me day and night. I was finally cancer free!
