Before being known in the streets as "Bricks," 9-year old Shawntez Penny Jr., gets his start in the projects D. T. W. E. 30th. With both his parents strung out on drugs, life is nothing but a living hell. Later, when PCP becomes their drug of choice, for Shawntez, it looks like it's over with. That was only until his survival instincts kicked in, thrusting him into a grown man's game. After his first taste of fast cash, Bricks never looked back. Over the course of time Apple was born, Brick's only child. And through unfortunate circumstances Apple and her young twins are forced to move into the same crime-infested projects her father came up in. When stray bullets of misfortune strike, Apple's son, Corey returns with a vengeance to become Cleveland's worst nightmare on all levels!
