A life changes on the trail, it is different than any experience I have known and forever thankful to the many friends I made along the way, many remain now lifelong connections over social media space and time, some have visited to hike, talk and tell stories of travels far and wide. The Appalachian Trail has a heart if you listen and a healing power if your spirit needs mending. This book captures the highlights of beauty and a few of my odd thoughts on my journey from Maine to Georgia.
