Kidnapped, and taken to Iran! "Welcome to Hell" tells the story of how one American citizen fought for almost one year with the Iranian government just a few short years after the 1979 Iranian Revolution that led to the expulsion of Americans from Iran. Determined to be reunited with her young daughter, she battled with an abusive regime and an abusive ex-husband, but she never gave up. Kim Aalaie is an award-winning poet that has been published in "Treasure The Moment" and "Great Poems of the Western World (Vol. II)." In March of 2020 she published "The Lady Veteran Has Her Say," a compilation of poetry composed by her mother. She resides in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington, D. C. and is currently working on her associates degree, focusing on creative writing.
