In life, we all view situations according to our knowledge, pedigree, and life experiences. Because we as individuals come from diverse backgrounds, none of us view life from the same lens. What may be true to one person can be false for another. This book of poetry expresses the emotions and thoughts while living in my truth and being completely misunderstood as a woman, a mother, and a believer in Christ.
