On the fully variable light speed (VSL) universe which is derived by alliance of the Mach inertia principle and Planck's quantized natural units and generalized Minkowski metric (Einstein-Riemannian), it is extracted the fundamental eqation of variable light speed. Then the light speed is varied point to point and fundamental gravity as a vector fulfills the light speed variations along the path via a tangential component and a component normal to the light velocity according to the Pythagorean Theorem. Interestingly on the fundamental gravity we argue the Snell's law of the light refraction (BOOM!). Of course, the fundamental gravity does include bound quantum systems extended from Femto scale(Nucleuses and strong nuclear force), Micro-gravity (fundamental rainbow's gravity), the galaxies and clusters as the large scale bound quantum systems until to the observable universe which the variable gravitational G is quasi-Newtonian there (constant G in short cosmic interval of time). Refraction and diffraction of the light are sourced potentially by the fundamental Rainbow's gravity in bound quantum systems limited to the range about the wavelength of the photons. Quantum mechanically the photons are force carrier below the radius equal to their wavelength reasonable to enhance the gravitational G inasmuch as large that the atoms could to bend the photons highly similar to the enhanced gravity in the nucleuses by the hadron force-carriers which they cause to shape Femtoscale bound quantum systems in the scale of the wavelength of the hadrons. The light's diffraction and scattering are also driven potentially by the gravity as the source of light bending in the light diffraction; of course the wave patterns are derived by the wave equation. In reality the edge of the objects has the role of secondary wave sources for coherency and in the light scattering, the role of the electrons is important for occurrences. Also we find that the path of the photons in the diffraction despite the path derived by Huygens-Fresnel principle is not straight but the paths are curved, that is, the paths are quantized however interestingly the quantum mechanical path quantitation coincides the pattern driven by Huygens-Fresnel mathematical model. Also we find that the absorption of the photons by particles is sourced by fundamental gravity and then the gravity has an essential role in the thermodynamics.
