Billy McCollum's fondest memories are of being around the Monson Railroad while visiting with his Grandparents in Monson, Maine during the 1930's and 40's. A feel good story derived from nearly sixty years of newspaper articles gleaned from the Piscataquis Observer along with letters and historic photo's from the Monson Historic Society.
