The hero's son
Laia Losantos
3rd century B. C. Seventeen-year-old Thessalus is the son of the Greek hero Thasus, the man who imprisoned the giant snake of Megara, flew on a winged horse and defeated the god of war. Or did he? Many regard Thasus as a great warrior king from another era; some others question that he ever existed. What is clear is that Thessalus' father is dead, and his heartbroken son spends his days wandering aimlessly through Greece. After an unexpected encounter with a priestess of Athena, Thessalus makes a surprising vow: he will travel to Mount Olympus to ask the gods to bring his father back to life. Aided by mysterious allies, Thessalus will carry out a dangerous journey through the cracks of Hellenistic Greece.
