In a dystopian society, some years after the Great Reset, where technology and A. I. control the people. A. I. is the government. It controls all facets of society including: Finance, education, religion, governmental, judicial and technology. The A. I. control system is called F. A. C. E., which stands for Fully Artificial Controlled Environment. People are controlled by FACE and they are deemed "alive" by the ability of the system to register their faces. If the system doesn't register a person's face, they are deemed "non-alive". This has created a vast gulf between the alives, and the non-alives. The alives receive gov't support (medical, financial, and educational), while the non-alives are ostracized from society and are forced to live in squalor. The non-alives, or n/a's as they are called, have to fight for life, and survival as FACE decides eventually that they are a burden on a delicate environmental system and must be liquidated. Easy to do, according to FACE as they are n/a's. Yet, as someone might say, who are you trying to kill if they are not alive? One of those questions that has no answer. FACE decides that it will not "kill" the n/a's but use them for menial tasks that any animal can do. Eventually, some of the alives realize that the n/a's are people, have feelings and a right to life and word begins to spread about the atrocities these n/a's experience. If they're not alive, according to FACE, then they have no rights or need of protection. They can be used and abused as the owner dictate. In fact, because of environmental policies in the future, animals have more rights than the people therefore these n/a's are deemed lower than the animal kingdom which makes abusing them all the more acceptable. Follow our hero, Hank Mcleod as he talks you through his journey in this nail-biting and hair-raising adventure as society fights to survive FACE and its cold and calculating agendas.
