It's the roaring 20's and detective Alkali Bismuth is attempting to find the source of a robbery that is targeting a charity gala that is brought to him by the speakeasy singer named Trinity. Poking the hornet's nest always has consequences though, and soon he finds himself investigating a completely different crime that is found on his front door. Soon the ferret finds himself dodging both the police and the syndicate in the effort to find a killer that has framed him for a rather important murder that has been left on his doorstep. Can he figure out who really did it before the iron bars of justice slam shut around him, or will he find himself as the next victim?
