Tibetan Women Book Richard Touchette

Lord had called us to share his love with Tibetans. We had visited a Tibetan area in 1995. In the library we found this small book "Drolma: Daughter of Tibet". I started reading as I pulled it the shelf. Fascinating! It took only a few hours to nish the book, and it left a lasting impression. The description of the people and places was vivid and felt so familiar. It was hard to believe that the book was written in 1930's. The book aroused mixed feelings, sadness because of the darkness and despair that it portrays, and hope because God had sent his people decades ago to share the good news with Tibetans, and today He is still calling people to go. I decided that it would be a great book for people back home to read. It would help them to understand the people we were going to work with, and the challenges we would face. This book would help people to pray more eectively. We discovered that the book was no longer available. So it brings me great joy to put this book in your hands today.
