Emma is having a hard time recovering after her last relationship. While away on a business trip outside the country, she meets two men: Ian, a Bohemian artist, and Gabriel, a rather Cartesian doctor. After a missed date with the artist, she meets the doctor under strange circumstances and allows herself to be drawn into a one-night stand with him. Ian comes to touch her soul with his freedom of being, while Gabriel reassures her with his stable and down-to-earth side. After this business trip, Emma returns home, determined to go back to her normal life. It is at this moment that she realizes that she has inadvertently exchanged her phone with Gabriel's and discovers the repercussions of this affair that she had believed to be ephemeral and of no consequence. She will now have to dig into her deepest wounds to finally free herself from the pain. What if appearances are not deceiving, though? What if, at the end of this story, true love awaits?
