I had stopped believing I would have a life's mate. My life had consisted of a lot of hard work raising children, pursuing a career, and then becoming the caregiver for the next generation. Most days I wasn't excited about the life I was living, and I didn't expect to "find" a trustworthy man that would be interested in joining in carrying the package I presented.

Then the Lord opened a door, and I was offered a wonderful invitation to love. Do you know what I did? I slammed it shut!

The Spirit of The Most High God whispered into my soul, "Fool, you have seen this man love; if you can get 25% of that love you will be 100 miles ahead of the mess you've had." So, like King David (2 Samuel 6:14), I accepted the invitation and entered love, "with all my might." What a joyous journey it has been.
