Employee or Entrepreneur? a question without a clear answer, but with a great relationship between them. At some point in life, we want to undertake, however, it is not as simple as the entrepreneurial influencers promote it, and being an employee is not as bad as most people believe.
On the one hand, there is the security of being an employee, with a fixed schedule, a salary that allows you to pay the bills, and the freedom to schedule your free time according to your needs. On the other hand, there is the world of entrepreneurship where an entrepreneur must take bigger risks, change the mentality from employee to entrepreneur and leave the security of a salary, to venture to get a greater economic reward in less time.
There is also the combination of employee and entrepreneur, where you can work for a company and develop your business. This is the most complicated because it requires much time in the maturation process, but it has the advantage that you can build a company and secure a job.
Being an employee or an entrepreneur depends on your choice and your abilities.
