Dvdancing - Tap Dancing Parts 1 . 2. 3 & 4

A collection of four programmes containing all you need to become a Master Tap dancer presented by Susan Bishop. In the first programme she starts with walking and stomping and then goes through a series of ten easy lessons, suitable for beginners. In the second programme Susan takes us on a more advanced stage in the tap dancing process.

There are steps from famous Fred Astaire musicals, plus traditional numbers, with lots of rhythm and stylish feet movements. There are also some lessons on tap dancing without music. The third programme demonstrates a variety of timesteps, from the quite basic to very advanced, whilst the fourth programme concentrates on rhythm.

Basic steps can be used when experimenting with missing beats, speeding up and slowing down the rhythm, as well as using repeating patterns in fun and original ways.
