Duane Bradley (Kevin Van Hentenryck) and his brother Belial are very close. So close in fact that Duane carries Belial - his deformed and twisted mutant Siamese twin - with him in a wicker basket wherever he goes, communicating with him telepathically and generally helping him get along in a cruel and heartless world. The two plan to wreak revenge on the surgeons who, at their father's insistence, separated them years before, but Duane becomes sidetracked when he falls in love.
