Rec 2 - Fear Revisited

Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza return to scare the pants off of audiences once again with this follow-up to their Spanish chiller [REC], which centered on a trapped TV news crew in a quarantined apartment building whose inhabitants are infected with a virus that turns them homicidal. Having just lost contact with the news crew, a SWAT team enters the quarantined building for a seemingly routine search and rescue operation... However appearances will prove to be deceiving.

Picking up the story right where the original left off, REC 2 exudes ingenuity. The movie transforms your typical zombie movie into something altogether more exciting and frightening, challenging preconceptions about zombies. In addition, the teenage boy plays his role convincingly and the ending is unpredictable.
