Sophie Malaterre, a 25-year old fashion illustrator wants to spend some time alone and decides to partake in a SWITCH through a website she has heard of, switch.com, an apartment swapping site. Soon she finds herself in Paris with a view of the Eiffel Tower and an apparently idyllic place to live. However, the next morning she is rudely awoken by th epolice knocking down the door and discovers that there is a decapitated body hidden in the apartment. What is more is that she has no way of proving she is not the offical owner and with her fingerprints on the murder weapon and a fake passport with her name in it, the walls start to close around her and fast.
