Marvin Gaye was one of Motown's most talented and visionary artists. He paved the way for black pop music with his powerful R'nB, his worldly soul and the influence of his political stance on his creative work. The Very Best Of Marvin Gaye contains a fine selection of his most successful tracks, including 'I Heard It Through The Grapevine', '(Sexual) Healing' and 'What's Going On'.

Hong Kong is a very special market for audiophile music lovers. The local branch of Universal Music has also recognised this by having some of Ball Au's popular tracks remixed at Hong Kong's 'Sound Max Studios'. The mastering clearly has the audiophile in mind and often differs very favourably from previous productions. Naturally, both the PCM and DSD tracks benefit from the improved sound.
