COLOUR is a band that makes songs with moody sound washes of guitar,synth,wet drums and echoing vox. Their songs are meant to take the listener to a lush abstract world of sound, song and sonic color. So get lost in the music...... The band has sounds like a mixture of My Bloody Valentine, The CURE and, the Jesus and Mary Chain. All at their most emotional peaks of their music!!! This CD is great to have for anyone in to shoegazer or under ground music. NOTE 10.4.07 the new colour record 'heaven' is alomst here. Just waiting on the dups! This 3rd release is the next step in dreamy niose pop. The band took a more raw vibe this time, with damian scro moving to drums from bass and having long time friend on the band steve ray corn jump on bass. So dave echo, scro, and corn, make some great niose on this record. Sorry 'the ice march' has been put on hold till after the release of 'heaven'. and will consist of rare/out takes from the all 3 albums 'colour' 'the dark year' and the new one 'heaven' cheers, colour.
