A worship leader in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1999, Scott Metcalf has just released his new CD entitled 'A Stranger in this Land'. The album feauters 13 of Scott's original songs which range from Rock to Roots and from Blues to Ballads. Also, Scott's session band feautres some of this country's top artists who have worked with people such as Sheryl Crow, Chris Tomlin, Sonicflood and Caedmon's Call. This album is a real departure from most contemporary Christian music. Scott's songs deal with real human issues such as doubt, divorce, romance, and heartbreak as well as the joy of a life in Christ.
