The boys of Pilgrim find inspiration anywhere they can. In the bizarre and wonderful world of indie and experimental music, the focus and clarity of pop music, and of course, in the power, energy and ambition of rock. Pilgrim seeks to find something new while paying tribute that which has already come and gone. A strong focus on instrumental strength, complimented with an appreciation for simple melody. Pilgrim walks the line between indie and mainstream; weird enough to keep you guessing, but familiar enough to keep you singing along. The debut album, Phonetics, is a perfect snapshot of four Canadian boys with a love for good tunes and a collective hope for bigger things to come.
