This Ain't Missouri

I wrote these songs while I was in Iraq for a year. While deployed I taught myself how to play guitar and penned these songs during my free time. For R&R leave, instead of going home, I went to Nashville, TV and recorded this album. I had a blast and spent my two weeks (in Nashville) frequenting the Honky Tonks on Broadway and enjoying the live music. Later that year, when I returned from Iraq, I began playing live at small venues in El Paso, TX. My biggest claim to fame was when I opened for The Tennessee Three July 4th, 2007. I am still a Soldier and a Drill Sergeant stationed at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. I don't have time to play live or write songs anymore. I learned about CD Baby from Mary Sue Englund and my friend Pam Tillis who both gave me good business advice at a concert in Branson.
