With the Highgrade Disharmonic Orchestra, the Berlin label has in the last year, found itself taking a somewhat new direction. Todd Bodine, Tom Clark, Philip Bader, Daniel Dreier and Dale have bundled their musical creativity together and shown audiences at Watergate and other key locations in the capital city, their authentic and premium quality live performance and let club-goers connect with their very unique and exciting brand of musical experimentation. This unique Live atmosphere now comes to you as an EP release. Three tracks that exude the groove of a sweaty night on the dance floor. In contrast to what the name suggests, the music is a result of five very different voices of the participating artists, but forms a coherent, highly varied and engaging work that all electronic music fans will feel in their hips - a reflection of the diverse Highgrade universe in it’s best possible sense. Lurking behind every beat is a fascinating and original surprise. But this EP is even more: It also constitutes the first of a Highgrade Disharmonic Orchestra series, which will bring the combo to numerous festivals and clubs around the world.
