Slugabed (aka Greg Feldwick) is one of Ninja Tune’s most exciting new signings. This is the highly anticipated debut album which follows his critically acclaimed ‘Sun Too Bright Turn It Off’ EP. · His first releases were on Stuff, Ramp and then Planet Mu. · His music is suffused with a unique mix of humour, next level production, dancefloor smarts and melancholic emotion. · Asked to explain ‘Time Team’, Feldwick responds that “it’s to do with deep feelings about mostly inexpressible things.” It is indeed an album full of feeling and warmth and humour, a remarkable feat for a record composed mainly on synthesisers and drum machines. · With an already impressive catalogue of official remixes for the likes of Starkey, Eprom and Kelpe under his belt, he garnered support from his popular remix of Roots Manuva’s ‘Witness’ released on Ninja Tune for the label's 20th Anniversary. · Early fans include Mary-Anne Hobbs, Mark Pritchard, Benji B and Various Production, amongst others. · Available on CD and triple LP. The vinyl format is pressed on heavyweight double vinyl and features an extra disc of bonus tracks pressed on green vinyl.
