Having proved themselves as Technicolour & Komatic over a multitude of labels these past few years, here they demonstrate in spades just why Shogun have snapped them up all for themselves under their brand new moniker, Technimatic. o 'Unfinished Business' is a melancholic masterpiece of seriously large proportions. Solid stepping breaks lead the way with yearning strings and synths before the drop into lush warm fuzzy bass takes us away. Haunting vocals revolve around the mix as the bottom end drive forward to the thinking man's breakdown of spoken word before the arrangement surges back in for the last blast that sounds immense on the big rigs. Golden, warm, keeping the summer sun alive. o Dimming the lights even more is 'She Knows It', a slick late night/early morning track, intro'ing beautifully with looped ethereal pads that hark back to the Good Looking years. Again Technimatic bring their crashing drums to the fore and hit the bass button to produce one of those spine-tingling strobes up, heads down dance floor moments that'll kick perfectly in the best clubs right across the land.
