The book increases the importance of creating and following the ethical rules and regulations by providing the examples of the cases on these rules violations. The book concludes with the Discussion Questions and the authors output in their responses. Contributor Bio:  Goretskaya, Jane Dr. Goretskaya and Dr. Bichincky are long-term business partners, who have worked together in consulting firm Lifelong Approaches as executives and educational and organizational development consultants. Since opening, the consulting firm has earned recognition for the quality assessments of a variety situations and cases in business and educational institutions across the United States and providing leaders with the solutions and recommendations for improvement. They both are the authors and co-authors of books on Education and Business Management. Contributor Bio:  Goretskaya, Dr Jane Dr. Jane Goretskaya is the president of Lifelong Approaches Consulting firm, organizational and educational consultant, and certified advanced faculty/facilitator/researcher in University of Phoenix. She is an author of many articles and several books, including Anatomy of the World of Education: Theories, Landmark Cases, and Practical Applications (2012) and Influence of Alternative Methods of Instruction on English Learners Achievement in Northern California School Districts (2007). Dr. Goretskaya holds two Master Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Arts from Syracuse University, Syracuse NY and Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership in Contemporary Organizations from Phoenix University, Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Goretskaya career path has been changed during her life according to changes in technology and in market and society requirements. Her work occupations included mechanical engineering, design and construction of equipment and technological lines in a variety of industries. Besides that, Dr. Goretskaya has performed as marketing and communication manager, organizational and educational leader, faculty and researcher in colleges and universities. Dr. Goretskaya provides professional development workshops and seminars for both organizational and educational leaders on a variety of leadership and management issues. She is a member of American Psychological Association and CATESOL, and participates in conferences as a presenter of the results of her dissertation and post-doctorate research. Dr. Marina Bichinsky has intensive experience in diverse industries. She holds her first Master degree from The National University of Construction and Architecture and worked as an architect during several years. Booming of computer industries changed her life and enlighten different path of her career. She worked as Art and Creative Director for many high-tech companies, managing, and mentoring employees. After graduation as a Master of Visual Communication from Syracuse University she started to run a magazine "To Life!" to enrich life of thousands readers and performed as the Editor-in-Chief and become well-known in Bay Area community.
