Beside these amethod of immunoradiometric was developed for cytosol CEA and purificatio and identification of human CEA in metastatic tumor was carried . Then kinetic and thermodynamic wass carried out and CEA receptors were isolated and the characteristics of the binding of CEA with their receptors assay technique was used.
