I only took it off when I had to go to sleep (because my Momma demanded for me to take it off while I slept)â ]but, even then my cloak remained at the end of the bed with me---waiting for me to awake, so that I could wrap myself back up in its purpleness. So, you can only imagine my surprise when one morning I awoke, reached for my old purple cloak, at the end of my bed, but, it wasn't there. Where did it go?" The Case of The Missing Purple Cloak is about the day long trek that our main character must endure in order to find her beloved purple cloak. It just so happens to be that as she attempts to upturn every rock in search of her cloak, that she also unearths the truth about the people she holds dear to her heart. Her travels relate to many of our treks in life and we, as the reader, come to immerse ourselves into her search and find ourselves at a lost of words at her discovery.
