Discovery City has been freed from the threat of the Cyclone war machine: Colossus. Destroyed by Captain Annie Reid, Lieutenant Perky Whittier, and the four Whittier clones; Una, Dosey, Traci, and Suzi, using the New World Order's own war machine, the hailstorm, against it. The people of Discovery City have risen against the occupying forces and are fighting to drive the Cyclones from the city. The sister ship to Colossus, the Mjölnir, is moving on Discovery City, with intentions of taking the city back, or destroying it.
