Bartlett Bank, founded by Cyrus Bartlett, was in trouble. It was one of the leading banks in Georgia. The social security administration had discovered that one of the employees had stolen fifty thousand dollars from the social security administration and all evidence pointed to the founder's son, his dead son, Shawn.
